SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri) and ship via UPS. 

Shipping Options

• UPS® Ground - standard delivery (1-5 business days)
• UPS® 3 Day Select - delivery in 3 business days
• UPS® 2nd Day Air - delivery in business days 

Free UPS Ground on orders $200+ (before tax/discounts). All other rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected service. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. 

Important Notes

• Please confirm your shipping address before checkout; we're unable to edit addresses once an order is submitted.
• Orders can't be canceled or modified after they're placed. 
• We're not responsible for carrier delays, or for lost/stolen packages. If a package is marked "Delivered" by UPS, we can't issue refunds or replacements. For missing packages, please file a claim with UPS. 
• Any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout reflect your location, the service selected, and our 1-2 day processing time.
